The purpose of this study was to explore relations and mediating factors among dissociation, depression, and state-trait anxiety for individuals who experienced physical abuse, sexual abuse, both physical and sexual abuse, or no abuse. In all, 549 Turkish undergraduate university students participated in the study and completed the Dissociative Experiences Scale, the Beck Depression Inventory, the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, and a demographic measure. Both physical abuse and sexual abuse... Topics: dissociation, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, physical abuse

Description - They say that music expresses the emotions and feelings that words themselves cannot express. This is the ideology that fuels the music project that is now known as 'Zanex Dissociation'. In the summer of '08, a man was mesmerized by the pounding beats and funky grooves of both old and new school electronica. He then took those influences and used them to create a song that blew his mind. It proved that he could use the power of music as a ticket to draw people in to the audio... A proposed Neptune Orbiter Aerocapture mission will use solar electric propulsion to send an orbiter to Neptune. Navigation feasibility of direct-entry aerocapture for orbit insertion at Neptune is shown. The navigation strategy baselines optical imaging and VLBI measurements in order to satisfy the flight system s atmosphere entry flight path angle, which is targeted to enter Neptune with an entry flight path angle of 11.6 degrees. Error bars on the entry flight path angle of plus or minus... Topics: CARBON NANOTUBES, PURIFICATION, FREQUENCY RANGES, DISSOCIATION, WATER, HYDROGEN PEROXIDE
THE MIXING AND MILLING OF ELEMENTAL POWDERS OR PRE-ALLOYS TOGETHER WITH DISPERSATE IN AN AGITATOR BALL MILL (ATTRITOR) ARE EXAMINED. THE PROS AND CONS OF DRY AND WET MILLING, AND CHOICE OF DISPERSATE ARE DISCUSSED. CHARGING COARSE-GRAINED INTERMETALLIC PHASES PROMOTES MILLING TO SMALL DIMENSIONS; THE FINE-GRAINED INTERMETALLIC PHASES PROMOTES MILLING TO SMALL DIMENSIONS; THE FINE-GRAINED POWDER ABSORBS LESS OXYGEN. COMPACTION OF POWDERS IN AN ISOSTATIC HOT-PRESS WAS OPTIMUM AT 1200 C/1 HR/1000... Topics: AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS, HYDROXYL COMPOUNDS, THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES, DISSOCIATION, HYDRATION
The dynamic characteristics of the complete helicopter structure, including fuselage and rotor, are determined from the normal branch modes which characterize separately the fuselage and the blades. With an appropriate choice of coordinates, a set of second order linear differential equations with constant coefficients is obtained. The solutions define natural vibration modes which vary with the blade rotational speed. The results obtained on a helicopter model agree with the experiment.
